PRODUCTION INTELLIGENCE – from screenplay to market
The PRODUCTION INTELLIGENCE – FROM SCREENPLAY TO MARKET course prepares the student to act as a producer through theoretical and practical content covering all the stages of creating an audiovisual product, without forgetting about concepts such as emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship, management and planning – all fundamental to being a good producer.
To illustrate the concepts, the production of three movies produced by Elisa Tolomelli – and starring famous actors like Ana Paula Arósio, Cláudia Abreu, Du Moscovis and Lilia Cabral – will be detailed by Elisa in class, from the first screenplay treatment and resource acquisition strategy up to finalizing and distribution.
The course’s goal is to make the student capable of managing the financial planning and production of their project, readying them for the competitive job market, teaching them the ways to take an initial idea of an audiovisual product all the way to commercial release, be it in theaters, TV channels or streaming.
